Free program for ERU FreeZvit 3.12.20

In early 2015, a program appeared on the network. FreeZvit .. The impetus for its mass distribution and intense interest from accountants were such reasons – the developers of M.E.Dok refusal to further support "ARM Zvit Unified Contribution" and the transfer of the report on ERU in Medka from the free forms to the paid.

Developer with nickname Bidgo created his own program to generate UST report for Pension Fund of Ukraine – FreeZvit .. The program is free, which means that its capabilities are limited and nobody promises anything in terms of regular updates or absence of errors. Using FreeZvit and the results of its work – everything is your responsibility, or rather attention. By the way, it has nothing to do with the OPZ package, they are unrelated programs.

The archives with several versions of FreeZvit are attached at the end of the article. Free download, install it, use it.

When updates to FreeZvit are released, simply install on top of the existing version. Installer will track the changes and add them to the existing reporting database.

Features of FreeZvit 3.12.20 (FreeZvit)

You can create and export for free the following reports:

Entry and preparation of ERUs report (Annex 4) for the Pension Fund
Annual UST report (Annex 5,6)
Form 1DF
Excise tax report
Single tax report of natural persons
Single tax report of natural persons
Declaration of income of entrepreneurs, sole proprietors
Notification of employees on employment
Land fee (rent)
Water fee

The program provides for the creation of reporting and new reporting documents with a maximum of 300 records. New report forms are added as developers have free time.

What can FreeZavit do?

You can create the above mentioned reports in FreeZavit, prepare them for sending by saving them in XML format.
Reports can be printed out by generating pdf files.

EDS signing and sending reports is possible only through third-party programs and services, for example – program Sonata, or through the site for entrepreneurs Taxer.

Changes in FreeZvit versions 4.1.3-4.1.31 for January 2018

* New Statement of income tax (annual, submitted as of January 1, 2018);
* Completed Registration Card for individuals (effective as of December 8, 2017);
* The Declaration of a Non-Profit Institution has been updated (to be submitted from January 01, 2018), but the formation of annexes has not been implemented;
* 20-OPP Notification on taxation objects has been updated (to be submitted from January 01, 2018);
* The Declaration on property status and income has been updated (to be submitted from January 01, 2018);
* Application for Accession to the Agreement on Recognition of Electronic Documents has been added (to be submitted instead of the Agreement from January 01, 2018);
* Calculation of the 15% rate for the amount of the limit exceeded in the Single Tax Return of individual entrepreneurs has been added.
* Calculation of p.8 of the Single Tax return of the individual entrepreneur has been corrected.

* Fixed the formation of the Notification 20-OPP;
* Added the ability to make a decision on non-application of adjustments in the income tax return;
* Fixed the formation of files of the Single Tax return of the individual entrepreneur for 2013-2016;
* Fixed the coefficient of calculation of the Rent for fish farming and beverages.
