The hotel is old, 1999. Although the Pegas tour operator's website states that the renovation took place in 2020, but apparently this is not entirely true. One main building and 147 rooms.

We stayed in our hotel because it was on the cheapest price and we didn't have any problems. We stayed at the hotel for a long time. We hoped that everything will be ok.

We hope it will be ok. The area is small because it is a 100% city hotel. The size is 10,000 square meters. There is an outdoor pool with slides and a children's pool.

The hotel is very peaceful and welcoming, with a lot of corners and broken tiles on the paths (such as in the photo), the grass is green here and there, I can not say that we were happy with the area. I can not say that we liked the area.

The people, basically, come in from a pier, there and sun beds with umbrellas are put. Beach towels are issued on cards. All this is free. The beach is dirty, there were stones, cigarette butts, garbage, plastic bags, grass. But we are clean not where we cleaned it, but where we did not litter.

The sea itself is warm! There are corals, swim as small, beautiful, nimble fish, and large – saw stingrays, moray eels. With a masque necessarily all to swim! Beauty! It is worth it!

On the beach there are toilets with old plumbing, there is a shower with a tap and some kind of bucket. You're supposed to fill up with water and pour it over yourself.

How to enable and set up a guest Wi-Fi network?

Even an inexperienced user can set up a guest network. You don't need your ISP's help or an expensive new router. Most likely, such a function is supported by your router, you just need to go into the settings and activate it.

To enable the guest network, you must first connect the router to your PC or laptop with a cable and then find out the IP address of the router. Different router models have different addresses. You can find out the exact IP address of your router model from the manual or a sticker on the back of the router.

Next, open any browser and enter into the address bar http:// and the IP address of your router, for example, http://192.168.1.1 . If you have done everything correctly, a page will open in front of you where you will be asked for your login and password. If you haven't changed the default settings, most likely the login and password will look like this:

How to enable and configure guest Wi-Fi

Setting up a separate guest network is easier than you might think. You don't need to run an extra internet connection into your apartment or pay your ISP twice. Most likely, your Wi-Fi router allows you to create an additional guest network – you just need to enter the settings and activate it. To do this, enter the IP address of your router into the address bar of your Internet browser – most commonly 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1, but there may be another option. The correct address should be written in your router's manual.

In the window that opens, type your administrator username and password. If you've never changed them, you can usually find them in your contract with your ISP or in the same manual. To be on the safe side, it's a good idea to change them and to keep them in your password manager so you don't forget them.

Among the router settings, you need to find the item "Allow guest access" or "Guest network". It's usually hidden in the "Wi-Fi" section, and if you're having trouble finding it intuitively, the manual or Google will help again. If you have an old or low-end router model, there may be no such item, in which case you won't be able to set up a guest network. But more or less modern models usually have it.

After checking the box, add the name of the guest network (called SSID in the control panel of some routers) – this is the name that your friends will see in the list of available connections.

In some routers, guest Wi-Fi access will work immediately after that, in others you will need to configure something else, but in any case, we recommend taking care to configure it correctly, even if the guest network is already active:

• Set a password to access the new network. You can usually do this right there, under its name. Now only those to whom you gave the secret combination will be able to use your guest connection.
• Set the encryption type so that the information transmitted over Wi-Fi can't be intercepted. Among offered options choose WPA2 (it can be also specified in settings as WPA2-PSK or WPA2-Personal) – it is a reliable algorithm supported by all modern wireless devices.
• Check whether "Allow guest access to LAN resources" or similar options are unchecked. There may not be such a checkbox in the settings, but if there is, it is better to remove it – then the guests will not be able to see your files and other information stored on the computers. And that is, in fact, the point of the guest network. Sometimes in the settings there can be another checkbox – "Isolate". It has exactly the opposite meaning – it isolates guest network from your local network, and therefore should be checked.
• Uncheck "Allow access to settings" or similar, if there is one. When this box is checked, it means that users from the guest network can access the router's settings and reconfigure something there, including their own access rights. You don't need to do that.

Why IoT devices are better connected to the guest network

By the way, such guest Wi-Fi-network will be useful not only for those to whom guests often visit, but also for those who have at home a lot of "smart" devices. The fact is that smart TVs, smart teapots, game consoles, and other home devices also need a network connection. But they are, on average, much more vulnerable than computers with updates installed on time. And if they're connected to the main network, by hacking them, attackers can get to your other devices.

Many experts don't just talk about the likelihood of an attack when referring to "smart" devices, but that they are, well, just about certain to be attacked. And if turning a "smart" light bulb into a part of a botnet can still be survived, a computer turned into a zombie is much worse. The botnet spreads all kinds of malware, and if your computer has already been turned into a zombie, it is essentially a direct path to its memory.

If you connect all IoT devices not to the main network, but to a properly configured guest network, you provide additional protection against such attacks. Even if someone hacks into any of the IoT devices, they will not be able to penetrate your main network and compromise the computers and smartphones on it.

Yes, a "smart" washing machine connected to the guest network will still become part of the botnet and participate in DDoS attacks or mine cryptocurrency (you generally have to be prepared for this when you buy "smart" things). But a computer with all banking data and other sensitive information will be safe.

One last piece of advice: one of the typical targets of botnet creators are the routers themselves. Therefore, do not forget to update the firmware of your home router periodically – the latest versions usually disclose vulnerabilities that could lead to a breach.
